If you like blood, boobs, and don't mind historical inaccuracies then Spartacus: Blood and Sand is a fun show. I also need to 2nd the suggestion for The Shield. I really liked that one in it's first few seasons. Michael Chiklis was the shit.

Just finished watching Friday Night Lights in about 5 days.....had alot of free time. It was pretty good (most of the time), season 2 was cut short due to strike in '07. Going to try Party Down next on Netflix.
