Won't happen. They are not doing crossovers in individual titles outside of very small cameos. They won't waste an appearance by Mark Ruffalo on a small cameo.

Iron Patriot in the comic books is Norman Osborn. Obviously that will change in the movie because Marvel doesn't have the rights to any Spiderman properties
