Solo films I'm certain we will see are Dr Strange, Namor, Black Panther, Daredevil.

No chance Marvel makes a Deadpool movie. They are firmly against having an R rating for any of their films. It's why we'll likely never see another Punisher film.

I've always wanted to see a R rated Batman movie, but it will never happen. So much of the revenue from comic book movies depends on marketing the films to kids (not just ticket sales, but toys, clothing, promotional deals with food companies, etc.).

Yep. I just read a day or so ago actually that it's headed towards its final rewrite to fit in with the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

That is excellent news, Hank Pym would be awesome for an Avengers film.

Well for starters Fox owns the rights to Deadpool so Marvel won't be making that movie regardless.

The biggest laugh for me was when the kid tells RDJ that they have a connection. He denies it and gets into a car to leave. The kid then tells RDJ that he is cold. RDJ replies, "I can tell, you know why? ...because we're connected," in a mocking voice and then driving away.

I had to keep myself from yelling out "what the fuck?!?" in the theater when the Mandarin stuff was playing out...

There was a clip but it wasn't anything worth hanging around for, IMO

 

the voice over that Stark was doing the whole movie was him talking to Bruce Banner, they have a little back and forth and it ends.

Also hasnt RDJ said he doesn't want to do to many more of these movies?

Haven't read past this yet, but his 4-movie contract is up. Gwenyth Paltrow thinks its the end for the Iron Man franchise and I agree that we've probably seen the last of stand alone Iron Man films, but I do think he'll come back for Avengers 2. He has been a bit coy about it all during interviews though. Not even close to a satisfying conclusion if it does work out that way.

In terms of the film itself, I would give it a solid unimpressive/10
