Because Giambi has been a great acquisition for them and a heck of a player....

But it's not like they stunk before they got him...he's had some clutch points but jeez, it's like Giambi doing well now is overriding what this team did just to get where they are.

Barely beating the Nats in 2 games is terrible. I know that they always play us tough (as Wheels was inclined to say every 5.1 seconds -- God I hate that guy), but still...we have looked ass terrible for about 2 weeks now, maybe more.

A sweep of the Mutts would be a great chance to heat up and start turning it around. For all of the Howard naysayers, I say: thank God we have him! This pathetic offense would be nonexistent without him in August/September.

People here pooped his signing and acted like he wouldn't do anything and couldn't contribute. Just wanted to keep mainly you and Chaz informed on what he's been doing cause we all know you won't look the Rockies Box scores to see what he's done. Plus he's been freaking clutch for us this month can't help but get excited about him!
