I like the Yanks to take Game 1. Lee and Sabathia will be a duel but the Yankees will get to Lee first. An over 5.00 career ERA versus the Yanks. Add in the Yankees eat up left handed hitters, and just don't lose at home.

What does that last part mean? First of all, the Phils have hit the Yanks before, heavy left-handed lineup and all (and let's not forget Ibanez who hits BETTER against LFP, guys like Vic and Rollins who switch, and guys like Werth and even Ruiz, who isn't just hot now, but was also hot the last time he faced the Yanks). Secondly, the Phils are great on the road. In fact, as previously mentioned, they took 2 of 3 in New Yankee Stadium.

I'm not trying to sound like this series is over, cause it definitely is not. I think it goes to 6 or 7. But that reason was bad.

Philly has a great team, don't get me wrong, but when Philly visited the stadium that was very early in the season. Yankees have been playing the best baseball hands down since the All Star break.
