        McGwire should be in because the wasn't against the rules when he took the andro.

        As far as Bonds goes i am not too sure what I think. The batters weren't' the only ones taking the stuff. It was the pitchers too.

        Comparing Rose to Bonds isn't comparable at all. Rose bet on games when he managed. It has NOTHING to do with his playing career. It is unfair that he is not allowed in the Hall of Fame because he did nothing wrong during his career as a player.

            They were illegal. There just wasnt harsh punishments because they didnt know much about them.

              Yes they were illegal in the united states. But they weren't against the MLB rules.

                They won't let bonds in because of the fact that he took steroids. If he lied under oath about say taxes or somthing unrelated to baseball then they would let him in (If he never took roids).

                  Steroids were banned in 1991 but they didnt have a good testing program to detect them until 2003. So yea.....
