Oh, I figured someone who was in the top 5 in HR, RBI, BA, BA, OBP and 1st in OPS of a 1st-place baseball team would be voted in. My b, my b.

lol at Omar Infante making it. Nothing against him because I think hes a fine player in his role but he just isn't an "all star". If you put him on the team despite limited playing time then why not put Strasburg on the team.

It's crazy that Omar Infante got selected for the NL, he's a backup player. I'd take Ryan Zimmerman over Infante any day. Also, Martin Prado deserves to start at 2B over Utley, look at the stats...

Votto not being on this team is a disgrace. and thank god Teixeira didn't get voted in. hes played terribly this year and he was actually leading first baseman in votes in the AL for a while. im a Yankees fan but one thing i hate is knowledgeable Yankees fans saying "oh hes a Yankee i'll vote him in."

On behalf of Joe Girardi and Charlie Manuel, who were overcome with temporary insanity, I’d like to publicly apologize to the following players. Francisco Liriano, +4.2 WAR Joey Votto, +3.6…

How these guys got left off is beyond me.

Omar Infante is on the All Star team.

                          Joey Votto isnt.

And people wonder why I rant on All Star games and make fun of people who care about them.

No Miguel Olivo? No Alex Rios? No Tyler Clippard? No Dan Uggla? No Joey Votto?

                            Turrible selections.

Alex Rios with the mad snub this year.

                              .307/.362/.516, 13 HR, 45 RBI, 131 OPS, 2.4 WAR.

3rd best WAR number among AL outfielders.
