Prado has a torn oblique, out for the next two months. Great.

Yeah I thought Bobby deserved it.....I doubt anyone thought the Braves would be in this position when the season started.....He did a helluva job and I can't hate on a team that has my man Melky on it

Are you seriously going to tell me that the Braves are on the verge of losing the WC race too? WOW.......way to stiff the old man in his last season.

        1) Fans with low attendance
        2) Roster that shrinks under pressure.

Did you guys even looking at the lineups these past two days? How are you supposed to win when Melky Cabrera is batting 5th?

We are done because we have no players left. Glaus is out...Prado is out...We're down to our third 3B of the year...We're starting slapdicks like Brooks Conrad and Rick Ankiel out of necessity...What else are we supposed to do? Our 5-8 hitters are journeymen or wash-ups. After our clean-up hitter, there isn't a single guy who is above replacement level right now.

Bobby, or Bud Black, deserves MOY for even having their teams in this position. Both rosters have no business in the playoffs, but here we are.

You're kidding yourself if you think squeezing 97 wins out of the Phillies was the best managerial job of the year. Injuries or no injuries, since the Oswalt trade, that has been the most talented team in the NL by far.

Yeah, Charlie might win it, but he shouldnt. I think Bochy, Black, Cox, the toothpick, all better choices.

If you can't beat Vance Worley and Kyle Kendrick, you get no sympathy from me.

And sealing the most wins in baseball without 5 starters for at least a month his year = MOY. Making up 7 games in a month and a half = MOY. (14 games in 2 months if you look at the standings now).

Meanwhile, Bobby choked on Cox (get it?)

The Braves have two guys in the lineup today who were in the opening day lineup, McCann and Heyward.

As a baseball fan, I don't mind it, because bad blood is what makes October baseball great. But I would hate to see someone get injured due to that, of course.

I'd rather Huddy stop leaving his sinkers belt high.

I don't mind it either, honestly. I just think it's funny that he's nailed our only two .300 hitters. IN THE SAME SPOT.

I know that I shouldn't be mad since the Phils have HFA locked up but, fucking Baez is nauseating to watch.

Bigger question, how the fuck could any sane person not vote him for ROY?

I love Posey too, and granted I've had the opportunity to see Heyward more, but Heyward is just UNCANNY at the plate. He could teach 75% of the Phillies hitters a thing or two, and the Phils are considered the best lineup in the NL.

                                AND HE'S A ROOKIE.
