I can't gripe with his selection, although for me Jed Lowrie has been the best SS in the NL this year.
Sort of unrelated, but I can't believe the Cubs got 2 all stars in the game

So they started the Giants/Nationals game early because tomorrow's game starts at 11:00am. But the rani delay just negated it.
The king was shaken. He went up to the room over the gateway and wept.
As he went, he said: "O my son Absalom! My son, my son Absalom!
If only I had died instead of you
O Absalom, my son, my son!"

Sean Rodriguez has been swinging the bat better as of late and tonight he just went off going 3-4 with a double, single, home run and a stolen base. One thing that is noticeable is that Rodriguez came out tonight in a new stance. Open and not closed. After the game he made note of it. Hopefully, he can continue to hit like he did tonight with a new approach at the plate. If that's the case, we may get the Sean Rodriguez we've been waiting years for, the one who can drive balls over the fence and be a 20-25 home run guy.

            11 AM game

Cashner: have until 11 PM Thursday to decide if I want to take this guy or not... exiting the game early just adds more to the dilemma

Lincecum: Just when you think he is getting ready to get back on track, he reverts back to being shitty.

Last night was so awesome. Me and a few of my friends were drinking for AMERICA and for the Reds...listening the pre-game on the radio because thats us cool kids who get a lot of poon do. Anyway they always do a "Who Am I" trivia on there so I called in and said I'd play. The first clue was the player finished top 3 in the MVP voting 3 times but never won. Next clue was he did not play in the 1970s and was retired. So I quickly hop onto BR and randomly pick 1995 MVP results, see Albert Belle finished 3rd and ran with it. Low and behold my complete random guess was right. I won a giftcard to this CincyShirts place, which makes weird and quirky shirts. Check out these 2 shirts I got with my trivia prize.

The Chapman one is great, but the hair color kind of ruins the :toddfather: one.

Solid work by the Cards bullpen tonight. Cleto and Scrabble with perfect innings - definitely will need that going forward.

Yet another Oriole hitting the DL- this time Brian Roberts- but I am happy we've won the past two. Albeit, it is against the Mariners but you've got to win a majority of those easy games. Tillman pitched very well, and that should be a good confidence builder- I hope it carries over.
