        While Tony Cruz was putting on his catcher's gear for the 9th inning, Mike Matheny informed the umpire of a double-switch then stayed out to catch Fernando Salas's warm-up pitches.

            Nats get swept. Bats are cold. Some stupid mental errors. Beginning of the collapse for them?
            The king was shaken. He went up to the room over the gateway and wept.

                        Supposedly, Rizzo and Davey had a rather heated discussion behind closed doors. I'm guessing it's about Desmond being announced in to the game and then not hitting. It's going to reset his DL clock.

                        Though, maybe Davey was yelling about something else. There really is no comeback for, "Yea, well, why don't you go take Drew Storen of Mike Trout again!!"

                            From what i heard Davey told Rizzo over the phone "If you wanna manage this team then why don't you come down here?" He came down and later they both apologized.

                            It's a whole lot of fuss over nothing. Even good teams get swept.

                                    Yea, I know. But the way they played is concerning. Just a ton of mental mistakes and gaffs. Davey needs to fix it.
