    LOL. Fair enough.

I am not sure if we see a partial timer win it this year in the NL unless Taveras comes up like gangbusters, but it seems like we're almost definitely headed that way in the AL with either Myers or Profar.

Yeah but there are a couple of really good rookie SP in the NL who are joining the rotation right away. Picking anyone else is kind of silly.

Regardless, the last time a pitcher won NL ROY was 2003 (2006 for AL). I think we can all agree no matter how good the rookie pitchers probably project it's not realistic to expect them to come in and dominate from the beginning. Rookie pitchers struggles one way or another (innings limit, dead arm, etc.) It's way more probable that a position player wins IMO.

Relief pitchers are usually my go to ROY candidates. They get a ton of opportunities and usually are placed in favorable matchups

Mike Trout wins MVP or I'm done with baseball.

If he can't win after last season, maybe he never will. There's a good chance he never matches those numbers again, it literally was a once in a lifetime type year.

That's the thing and why Miggy winning the MVP was so silly. Trout had one of the top seasons in baseball history. The chances of him doing it again are relatively slim.

It goes along with my long-shot prediction for the Cubs to take the wild card.

Mike Trout has no shot at MVP and I've been done with baseball since July.

                          I nailed this thread.

I can't wait to go full homer with my predictions in 2014 instead of picking the best player from a shitty team like I did in 2013 (Fernandez and Stanton come to mind...)

The king was shaken. He went up to the room over the gateway and wept.
As he went, he said: "O my son Absalom! My son, my son Absalom!
If only I had died instead of you
O Absalom, my son, my son!"
