Honestly, I think it's way more simple than money, etc. I just don't think many black kids think baseball is cool.
I agree that Matt Kemp, Andrew McCutcheon, Torii Hunter, the ATL Outfield, etc. should be marketed by MLB way more.
Go to a Dodger game and the fans will be mostly Mexican or white, then a bunch of Koreans, then black fans are few and far between. It's not like there aren't black people in Los Angeles. (Small, little known neighborhood called South Central has a quaint African-American community)
Go to a Laker game and it's mostly white people but that's just because it's fucking expensive.[REDACTED]Comment

is the question- why so few blacks ?
or is it- why so many south Americans and Cubans etc?- in the first place.
why do so many Euro's do basketball ?...you see, its not an issue, its just the way it is and needs to be accepted.
theyve been pushing a wannabe agenda for a decade or so to say we are trying get blacks to play baseball... why bother ? why is it needed ? why is it an issue ?
black people only take up 10 % of the country so why do they need to take up 40% of baseball ? to keep who happy ?
guess what, they can if hey want and they choose not to.
for all we know, they probably dont like hanging out with a bunch of Latino's LOL ? and theres enough dark/tan Cubans to make up for it anyway LOL
who knows ? the 42 movie might get you that 3% more black guys joining baseball 15 years from now ?Comment
