    Fredi decided that Constanza was a better option than Justin Upton in the 9th inning.
    The king was shaken. He went up to the room over the gateway and wept.

        Carlos Santana has really turned it on after having a terrible start this season. I think he was batting as low as .130 but now has 25 homers and has the most walks in the bigs.

                He's hitting .280 since June, and has 19 of his 26 home runs since then. He's been one of the better hitters since June, and his bat coming alive, along with Chisenhall, is a big reason you guys are still alive in the playoff chase.

                        The bottom of the 8th of this Giants-Dodgers game has been a shit show. I want to see another HBP so the benches will clear.

                            It all comes down to game 162 for Seattle. Oakland still controls their own destiny but I'm not a Sonny Gray fan. I think the A's blow it and Felix redeems himself for the bad game he had against Toronto.

                                            I expected the Giants to win tonight...the Nationals will be a different story.

                                            It's going to be hard for the Giants to make up for Pagan and Morse against the Nats. Pitching is going to need to be dominant and guys are gonna have to pick up the slack. When the Giants were healthy and rolling, pagan and morse were the two best bats on the team...with pagan probably being their best overall player.

                                                    Even after 2 World Series championships the Giants continue to impress me.

                                                    Bochy is an amazing manager. Posey is still underrated, as are the Giants every year.

                                                    I'm glad the royals made it. They deserve it and are a fun team to watch.

                                                    Hard series to call...I don't know enough about the royals even though I know their style of play.

                                                        Giants did a good job getting ahead early, they just have to focus on getting to Shields before they hit the back end of the bullpen.
