He didn't do his job correctly, that's why Braun got off in the first place, and MLB fired him.

Glad to see you haven't changed. Did that Alex Gonzalez first base experiment work last year?

Reyes back to DL again for his hamstring......no surprises there. First at-bat of the year too

Dude was caught again, making that argument invalid. Braun also didn't have to drag the guy through the mud and cost him his job, either. Knowing he was guilty and getting away with it should have been enough. Obviously, it wasn't enough and he was confident enough to go back to whatever he was taking

Braun currently hitting .143 ... He's nothing without the juice.

Come on Villain, you know just about anyone can strike out BJ Upton these days. You or I could probably do it

He's on a two at bat balls in play streak. We call that progress.

                        He wasn't caught again.

According to an Associated Press source, 50 games of the penalty were connected to Biogenesis. The additional 15 games stemmed from Braun's actions during the grievance that overturned his positive test from October 2011. The suspension will count as a first violation of the drug program, the source told the AP.

                            "Stemmed from Braun's actions"

Basically he got 50 games for the positive test and 15 games for his actions afterwards with the PC and lying etc.

So if it was proved he was lying in order to be named innocent ... doesn't that mean he was ... eventually ... caught?

Braun isn't the only player who has lied about using steroids. Lets not single him out.
The standing ovation in question was before his at bat. Not during player intros.

The fans were clearly making a (shitty) statement. No bad media narrative here. Just bad form by the fans. He's not some kind of returning hero. He's a guy who cheated, lied about it, and had no qualms about burying the poor guy who collected the sample in an attempt to save his own rep. Pretty deplorable.
