      Boo hoo. They're professional baseball players. I think they have the ability to "stand there in anticipation of a pitch". I agree that you'd have to enforce the pitch clock rule against the pitchers, but I don't think it would be that big of a deal. Issue a warning first, then the next time enforce the rule.

        Batter should not be allowed to step out of the box once the at bat starts. Must keep one foot in between pitches.
