TBH that doesn't even look like that horrid of a crash, if you know what I mean. Like when you hear about a bunch of people dying you expect to see a mangled wreck. Did they state the MOI anywhere? Were they ejected from the vehicle? Did the car hit that light pole? No damage to the driver's side door...

Where was Adenhart in the vehicle? They said he wasn't the driver.

One cannot receive the death penalty in America with out it being a premeditated murder.

Drunk driving is a horrible act and IMO is worthy of a "Murder 2" charge. Unfortunately, prosecutors tend to go light on these types of cases (See Leonard Little - 90 days in jail for killing a woman while driving over 2 times the legal limit).

The max apparently under the current charges is apparently 55 years. Unfortunately, I'd be shocked if he got any more than 1/2 of that sentence.
