Cust, Holliday, Giambi. Pretty decent middle of the order power wise. MVPete has it dead on, the A's have a better chance in the West than the Tigers do in the Central.
Huh? You say Gonzalez is a better player, I say otherwise, then you go prove how I am right so you dont have to read my posts? Are you sure what a debate or argument is?
I never said Gonzalez was better. That was MVPete. Get ya people right.
Both players are stars but Miggy has had better hitters in front and back of him the last 3 seasons as well. I fucked up by bringing up Petco because Comerica is just as much a pitchers park. So I take back what I said and say that Miggy is definitely>Adrian at this point in time.
On that note, imagine if both of those guys played in hitters parks, like Citizens Bank. That'd be insane.
Buster Olney talking about the Tigers may hit a point that they put Cabrera out there, but only at 10% right now. But as always he says they start losing games, and losing ticket sales, that % increases. That can be said about just about anyone though.
Agreed with the ending. If you look at the reported and unreported waiver wire towards the trading deadline and there are always big time players on it, since the teams can take the player back off waivers. I know Manny, Mike Piazza, and Andruw Jones (when he was great), are examples.
