I was born in '61, so I'm partial to the old skool cats.

Jordan not number 1 kills me, but not even 2 is stomping on my dead body.

lol @ you guys having people over MJ, wilt did all that shit when they were using peach baskets
"From the time he hits the court, he plays at a competitive level that you rarely see," Popovich says. "He does the exact same things that Kobe (Bryant) does, that Michael Jordan did.

Scottie was a vital part of those title teams. MJ doesn't win much of anything without Scottie's all-around game and on the ball defense... he was one of the best ever.

People also forget 93-94, the first year without Jordan the Scottie led Bulls got to Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semis. If you look at the roster around him, that's pretty damn impressive.

I know a lot of you will disagree with how I ranked some of the players, but this is just my opinion:

                  1. Magic Johnson
                  2. Michael Jordan
                  3. Oscar Robertson
                  4. Hakeem Olajuwon
                  5. Kobe Bryant
                  6. Wilt Chamberlain
                  7. Larry Bird
                  8. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
                  9. Shaquille O'Neal
                  10. Tim Duncan

Comparing Scottie Pippen to Pau Gasol isn't really fair.....

Pippen was an amazing all around player that was stuck in the shadow of Jordan pretty much, and if he would have been the number one option for a team during his prime I think his numbers would better reflect his talent.

He is arguably the greatest small forward of all time; amazing ball handler, amazing perimeter defender, extremely athletic.

                      All-Defensive 1st Team every season from 1991 to 1999.
                      All-NBA every season from 91 to 98.
