Blount isn't the first player in NCAA history to talk shit. Doesn't mean you go up to the guy after the game and talk shit to his face. Even BSU's coach knew that was a bad idea. Blount was walking off the field, head down and not saying anything. Don't instigate shit.

He didn't just tap him on the shoulder. He said something to him as well, something that probably can't be repeated on ESPN. Hout never should've done that, he knew Blount was pissed and Hout was only acting tough because he was surrounded by his teammates.

Second, you don't touch a player of the opposing team after a game unless its a handshake.
