Whether you agree or not, one single call doesn't decide the game, just like that foul didn't because Syracuse could have played better and not have been in that situation in the first place, but that's just how it goes.

Jimmy B called the timeout right when Scoop got the ball, it isn't his fault the ref didn't acknowledge and call it until Scoop was shooting.

and I never said the call decided the game but it should have been Uconn ball with the game tied and 40 something seconds left. Uconn could have milked the clock down and taken a shot while leaving 5 or so seconds left on the clock.Comment

I don't remember saying that Syracuse lost because of Tim Higgins, I said that Higgins' call was unexplainable. I have never seen anything of the sort in basketball. I've only seen an intentional foul call when the defender grabs/tackles the dribbler on a breakaway. I didn't think it was even possible to intentionally foul someone when two players are fighting for a rebound. They are both trying to get the ball.
The emphatic nature of Higgins' "intentional foul" call, which did indeed seal the game for Louisville, makes me wonder if Higgins doesn't have something personal against Boeheim (sp?). Maybe someone could fill me in on whats really going on...Comment

I'm watching OSU beat the shit out of a decent Illni team on the road and wondering why nobody seems to be talking about them as serious contenders to go deep in the NCAA tourney? I've been nothing but impressed by them this year
With Turner's ability to go crazy in any given game and Diebler and Buford to back him up ... this could be a very dangerous team in March
I definately think OSU can make a run this year, but I think our lack of a big man inside is going to cost us eventually.Comment

They have more than just Turner though. Diebler is lights out from three and Buford is pretty solid all around. Lighty is a good peice to have aswell.Comment
