Yet another slate of unwatchable Pitt basketball games this past week. Ugh.

Aren't they always unwatchable? West Virginia and Pitt should be kicked out of the Big East and jettisoned to the Big Ten. Fuck both and their clutch and grab style that is more suited for Rykers Island than the best basketball conference in the nation.

One thing I can say from looking at the box score is that our foul shooting has increased at a ridiculous rate from what it was last year.

31-35 is absurd.

I wasn't at the game because I had things at home I needed taken care of.

I still think LIU's the best team in conference, maybe Quinnipiac when Rutty's 100%, but you guys are right up there. We're just too damn young and have no veteran leadership this season. Have your fun this year, because in 2011-12 and 2012-13, RMU will be running shit again.

Yes. Pitt is a Big East team that plays a Big 10 style, which leads to problems when they make the NCAA tournament. The difference between Pitt and WVU is that Huggins usually supplies unintentional comic relief, whereas Jamie Dixon is somehow even more annoying than his players.

Karon Abraham led the Colonials with 20. Robert Morris led from the tip, save a minute lapse in the second half, and really just controlled the game. The Red Flash kept it close with their three-point shooting in the first half and early second half, but then it fell off after we went to a match-up zone.
