$25M for 3 years, including a $15M salary in year 3....that's the offer sheet Houston gave Lin and he signed. More lucrative than initially reported. When the Knicks match it, it will cost them something like $45M in luxury taxes at some point.

Media seems to think Houston did it so the Knicks cannot trade Lin in a package for Chris Paul. lol

Knicks are getting what they deserve tho.....they ran with the 2 weeks of Linsanity and now it's coming back to bite them in the ass

That kind of money for a guy who wouldn't play at 85%......no one's really 100% come playoff time, so I found that laughable when he said that

I think it's ridiculous to give Lin that contract, but I guess the Knicks feel they have no choice. No way in hell should they match Fields - fuck that. It's like the Isiah years with these contracts.

Wow.....there are some rumblings the Knicks won't match the offer sheet for Lin.

A reporter in South Carolina according to Isola cites Felton as a source. Stay tuned...

Match the contract for Fields who I think still has upside, instead....and while he'll be overpaid his contract isn't as retarded as Lin's....I'd rather overpay Fields who just needs a kick in the ass and to be told stop playing like you're scared of Carmelo......I'd make Fields watch film of Chalmers who gives zero fucks what Lebron, Wade or Bosh thinks.....he's gonna play his game regardless

                  Sign Felton

                  Peace Lin

Get ready for this CP3 shit to start all over again.

He didn't say "no" when asked if he was still thinking of NY last week.

Its looking like they won't match. All I have to say is....Well done NY. Kudos for not being idiots.

All we need now is Rick Brunson and we're set.
