This Stern blocking the trade shit is dumb as hell.
This is why I hate the NBA. You get over labor issues then this?
It's not even like the Hornets were getting hosed.Comment

I didn't like the trade at all not because of the Hornets/Lakers but I didn't understand what Houston's involvement was and it was clear they were there to shed payroll, facilitate Paul to the Lakers and tank for a good draft pick.
I don't like the idea of Stern stepping in though because it sets a precedent for every trade moving forward.Comment

With Caron Butler now officially out of the picture as far as the Chicago Bulls hunt for a starting shooting guard, the attention seems to have turned to a number of different players among them Jason Richardson and Vince Carter.
One player receiving some of the Bulls attention but very little of the media's attention is Reggie Williams.
Williams a restricted free agent guard/forward from the Golden State Warriors has reportedly received interested from the Orlando Magic, Charlotte Bobcats, Denver Nuggets, San Antonio Spurs and the Chicago Bulls.Comment

I'm shocked DH12 wants to become a Net...yet I'm ESTATIC...FUCK PLEASE HAPPEN!
Deron was talking about opting out...we get Howard, we would surely lock them both up and go forward into Brooklyn with Howard/Deron.Originally posted by Nick MangoldWes Welker is a great player. He's really taken advantage of watching film. If we don't keep a Spy on him, he could really open the Gate.Comment

I find it hilarious that the owners are claiming the top teams are being "greedy" by trying to stock pile talent....but their entire issue with it is losing money for their limp dicked franchise.
Who is being the greeedy ones again?
The owners just all agreed to this new CBA like 5 minutes ago. So the Lakers now using the new CBA, that all the owners just agreed to be a part of is kind of the entire idea of the deal.
I think it's stupid to have owners agree to a deal and the new CBA then the very first deal that happens...scream foul about it and have Stern nix the deal because they think it's unfair.....when they just signed on the dotted line obviously feeling the new CBA was pretty damn fair.
Stupid bullshit.Comment
