To be fair, Wade's defense has regressed a ton in recent years. While still better than Curry on defense, the gap isn't as big as you might think.

Figures we'd post the exact same thought at the exact same time.

I like Curry 10x better than Wade. I'm not much of a fan of Wade actually. I'm just not going to discredit him for having a fantastic year, especially when it's his most efficient year in his HoF level career.

                    By what standard?

According to PER it's his 4th least efficient season.

TS% it's middle of the pack

eFG% it's his best--Seems to be the statistical outlier here...and even still Curry's was better.

O and D RTG it's middle of the pack

Offensive and Defensive WS middle of the pack

                    WS Middle of the pack

                    WS/48 middle/back of the back.

                    In summation.

No doubt Andrea Bargnani should have made 2nd team.

By that thing called shooting percentage. I know it gets forgotten these days.

Awesome. So he shoots a career high from the field, shoots near a career low from 3, shoots a career low from the ft line and it's his most efficient year ever because of one stat despite every other one either being in the middle or the back of the pack.

                          Strong argument.

So Tony Parker is on the short list for league MVP and doesn't make first team?

Duncan is always a good choice, even at 37 he is a near unstoppable force once he gets on a roll.

I didn't read after you brought up 3PTs again. He shot LESS that ONE a game.

The Kobe treatment. He and Parker should be switched up.
