You must have a loose definition of what a bust is. Evans is far from a bust. He has probably peaked as a player and hasn't full filled the promise that he had after winning ROY, but I would like to see him in a different situation, because the Kings were just a mess.

Evans looked like he was going to develop into a legit star after his rookie season, VERY well rounded game. Hes struggled with weight issues and has probably never been happy in Sac-Town. If he can regain his old form noone will be calling this a bad signing in 2 years, if he continues to play the way he has the last couple seasons this contract will be disastrous.Comment

I have trouble accurately judging anyone who had been playing in Sac-Town these past few years. It's the same reason I don't want people to run away from Cousins.Comment

I really like the Evans signing he could be a great 6th man, unless they want to have him to play the 3.Comment

And a big lol at Brandon Jennings dude was running his mouth about how he's wants to sign with a big market team.Comment

Sounds like the possible Bucks-Clippers deal for Bledsoe is dead, I'm happy to see the Bucks at least looking around for other options at PG instead of just throwing money at Jennings.

The Blazers are good at poison-pilling on offer sheets...so, its good that Splitter just made a deal with the Spurs instead of going through the motions of having to match offer sheets.Comment

Brandon Jennings wants 15 million a year.
The talk of matching Jennings probably ends up being a brilliant play. His market is going to shit.Comment
