Heat in Year 1 with LeBron and Year 2 and forward are completely different teams. The difference was Spo going from being just a guy on the bus (which he was in the first year, where he got this GenPop reputation for being that guy) to being the GPS.Comment

Exactly. He let the inmates run the asylum the first year and what we saw was Take-Turn ISO sets and Wade and LeBron getting equal parts of the offense.
Since then they've completely transformed their sets, LeBron has become the primary ballhandler, Bosh was instructed to learn how to shoot threes and they are so much more fluid and spread out and rarely if ever run straight ISO.Comment
