The entire context of the point is that the Falcons weren't doing anything to help Vick at the WR position. They were. Price, spending two 1st Rd picks on White and Jenkins, bringing in Horn, before Vick fucked up.

The Falcons made moves to help Vick in the passing game. He just blew them all up.

          Ha!

Vick had one of the best rushing attacks in football during his tenure there. Plus Atlanta bringing in guys like Price, and two first Rd draft pick WR's who has soon as Vick leaves each have career years.

No. Because as soon as you subtract Vick his WR's no longer suck.

Or he had guys who could actually throw him the ball.

Plus Jenkins has had his two best seasons since Vick left.

Jenkins stats the last two seasons are pretty close. Vick leaves and Jenkins somewhat blossoms...

Well Vick only had 6 seasons, he could only ruin so many WR's. The guy isn't superman.

And see above for the Horn point.

I was hoping for a good argument from him considering I noticed he has 2 NFL Talk awards. Guess they just give those things out to any body after hearing all these completely bias posts from him. Its now gotten to the point where I cant tell if hes truly a dumbass or if hes just fucking with me and sayin shit he knows is dumb.

              Uhh what?

Never said that. And who were Cunninghams WR's when he was lighting people up in Philly in the late 80's?

Keith Jackson, Keith Byers, Fred Barnett, and a young Cris Carter...who was averaging about 700 yds a season?

I wouldnt say he blew them all, if Roddy White would of stepped up in his rookie year like he has the past two seasons things would of been different, if Peerless Price didnt jog his routes and drop easy deep ball catches things would of been different etc. etc.

Vick had "the best rushing attack in football" because his rushing stats were part of the attack in the first place.

Thats debatable, He had a career high in TD catches with Vick. Not to mention he didnt become a starter till 2006 anyways.

Lol @ you trying to spin it in your favour.

To further add to the point of Vick's mediocre WRs.. by the time Horn had got to Atlanta he was widely considered as washed up and far, far, FAR past his prime.. to the point of being released by the the Saints. Furthermore.. he was having hamstring issues and played a combined 23 games in his last 2 years in New Orleans. His numbers: 49 Rec, 654 Yards, 37 Rec, 679 Yards.. you combine those 2 together and they pretty much equal what you'd normally expect from Joe Horn.

So lol @ you being wrong about Horn and Vick playing together.. then lol @ you for trying to flip it like the Falcons were bringing in Horn to help Vick, when in reality they were just grasping at the strings of a vet who they were hoping would be a shell of his former self, which he wasnt even close to being.

I wouldn't run hard if I was Price either. Vick rarely saw him.

Incorrect. Even with Vick out guys like Dunn, Duckett etc still averaged the same amount of yards. Dunn actualyl improved his average.

Plus the Falcons had a good offensive line.

Jenkins last two seasons have been the best of his career. When taken all around.

I can say I'd take Vick over LT in that draft because Vick was what the Falcons needed, he provided a face for the team and made the Falcons exciting to watch. The Vick time line is well worth the 6 years imo so I can honestly say I'd take Vick over LT in that draft.

Getting Vick inevitably led to the Falcon team of today, where the team has a complete offense with every piece of the puzzle needed to win on the offensive side of the ball.

The bottom line with all this for me is that Vick made the Falcons exciting and the time he spent in ATL up until Matt Ryan took over was something I enjoyed seeing. Matt Ryan makes the Falcons relevant though, something Vick could not do consistently enough.

Dunn improved because the offensive line improved

                              What?

The context of Peerless Price was obvious. What the hell are you talking about? The context of bringing Price in was that The Falcons never brought guys in for Vick. They did. Horn was one of them. Unless they brought him in for Harrington knowing that Vick was running a dog fighting ring.....?

So they brought Horn in to hurt Vick? What other reason would they have to bring Horn in? To teach Roddy White TD's celebrations?

Yes, you're trying to spin it like you werent wrong from the beginning. But you were. You do this constantly. You're a clever little fucker, but a wrong clever little fucker.

They brought in Horn bcus it was low risk and they were hoping he MIGHT be a shell of his former self. If you consider a washed up Horn a real attempt at "help" for Vick then you're either delusional or stupid.
