Who cares what he did/didn't do for the Falcons? Someone will pick him up and put him to use. If he does get on the field, whenever he hikes the ball, a dog should be able to run free from the sideline and chase his ass down just for the lulz. We'll see how quick and evasive Vick is then.

Never said that. And who were Cunninghams WR's when he was lighting people up in Philly in the late 80's?

Keith Jackson, Keith Byers, Fred Barnett, and a young Cris Carter...who was averaging about 700 yds a season?
Oh, so you would say a 54.9% completion percentage, 24 TDs and 16 INTs is "lighting it up" (those are Cunningham's best numbers from 1986-1990)?

And as a matter of fact, Cunningham's CAREER completion percentage is 56.6% (compared to Vick's 53.8%), his average TD's per season is 12.9 (compared to Vick's 11.8), his average INT's per season is 8.4 (compared to Vick's 8.6), and his average sacks per season is 30.3 (compared to Vick's 31.1). These two players are practically mirror images of each other in the passing game.

But yet, according to you, Cunningham was "lighting it up", but Vick "cannot throw".

Also, how is it fair to label a young Cris Carter a below average weapon for Cunningham, but say a young Roddy White and Michael Jenkins were good weapons for Vick? It is quite clear that all three of these receivers needed time in the league to develop.

And now the level of bias is evident.

He threw for 3808yds and rushed for 500.

            Yes. That's lighting it up.

Under what circumstance is that not?

No they are not. You just listed a bunch of stats showing Cunningham being better than Vick in every catagory. Plus I don't recall Vick ever throwing for 3000+ yards once. Let alone 5 times. Or being 1st team All Pro.

LOL at "mirror images" in the passing game.

So they suddenly "developed" as soon as Vick left the team? A little convenient don't you think seeing as Jenkins was seen as a wasted pick and White was despised for dropping balls. All of a sudden Vick leaves and they have career seasons?

Hint: It's easier to develop when you have a QB who can throw.

Plus in Carters case he had personel demons to overcome so it's alittle bit of a different scenario.

Why? Because he's a better thrower? Hell no. Because he didn't play in an offense that, right or wrong, limited his play for better or worse. They ALLOWED him to throw. That was the LAST thing Mora/Knapp wanted. In fairness, it worked overall til they foolishly dealt their trashman Duckett for Lelie (still don't get considering they still carted out power sets after)
I don't recall Aaron Brooks winning 3 MVPs.

Cunningham has 19 300-yard games and 3 400-yard games in his career. Vick has 2 300-yard games and 0 400-yard games in his career. Cunningham threw for almost as many yards in his first postseason game (407) than Vick has thrown in all of his postseason games (609).

LOL at comparing Aaron Brooks to Randall Cunningham.

It's not like Cunningham did it and was percieved as being an average QB at best like Brooks was. Cunningham did it while rushing for 500+ yards most times(942 one season), making Pro-Bowls, and later making a 1st Team All-Pro and leading teams into the playoffs.

Aaron Brooks did it while making No Pro Bowls, never breaking 500 yards rushing, not having a winning record and never making the playoffs as a 3,000 yard passer.

Running QBs will never have a place in the NFL. You have to be a passer. Vick wasnt a passer and didnt change his game. Guys like Steve McNair was a runner in college but changed his game to be successful and became a good passer. Thats Vick's downfall that he doesnt want to be a passing QB.

Ever think Mora/Knapp didn't want Vick to throw so much because he sucked as a QB?

Vick should/will be a starter or a solid role player for a team this year

If he goes to a team i like, i'll probally get his jersey. Dude's an exciting as hell player.

He should sign with the Carolina Panthers.

Could eventually replace Jake Delhomme if he continues to suck and can get revenge on the Falcons twice a year. Interesting.
