Because this single man is trying to proclaim and prove that he's cleaned up his image and is attempting to beg a high ranking official the sport he plays to allow him to make millions of dollars playing said sport for the next few years.

He didn't break any rules. If Goodell would of tripped over that, he might as well have banned all NFL players from strip clubs. The man just got out, he probably wanted to go somewhere to clear his mind. And whats one of the perfect places for that? A strip club. People are overreacting for no reason.

The difference is, not all players are felons on the outside, looking in, and trying to get back in. It just wasn't a very smart thing to do on his part.

So far I don't see anything definite on his reinstatement. ESPN is saying that a league source told them that Goodell could announce something next week. I haven't trusted ESPN in a while now.

Does anyone have a link to a definite ruling? Or is this just hearsay?

I just found it very funny that him denying it would really mean something. If I was forced to bet my brother house on it (cause I won't bet my own), I'd take the word of the blog article over MV. We know how sincere MV has been. Just saying.

I never said I hated him. I dislike the guy and think he's a sick individual, but I don't hate him, or hate that he may be back in the NFL. I was hoping for a 1 year suspension, but it's not my call. It's Goodell's. And what ever he decides is fine with me.

Is it fair? Maybe not. But if you're Michael Vick you have to be smarter than that. You're trying to get your career back here where you can start making millions of dollars again while playing the game you love. Is it a bad personal move? Not really because he just got out of prison and he could use some ass and tits in his personal life. Is it a good business decision? Absolutely not. And that's what it comes down to. He needs to be putting his career above everything else at this point and not showing up at strip clubs with Allen Iverson when you're boss is a hardass (not saying it's bad, I like Goodell's strictness) who knows you just got out of prison and probably doesn't give two shits about the apologies coming out of your mouth.
