Crap, I forgot that they changed Player Reps. earlier. I remember Upshaw or whatever was a real douche about the pay scale stuff and had some stupid theory that the rookies make a lot sets the bar from the vets or whatever, which is retarded.

They'll hopefully get one going, but they have to wait for the next CBA of course.

But okay... go ahead with it then. It's a great idea. Reward those who have proven themselves, not the guys that haven't even played a down.
