Supposedly, Manningham has a concussion and is likely not playing Sunday night (no way he should).

if cruz really was "that good" he would be playing somehow already. manningham makes huge catches (drops some too) all game, i never want to see that dude out.

I meant if he was out. I wanted to see what Cruz could do.

Like Carl banks said, until the Giants get serious about doing the little things necessary to win games, it'll be the same nonsense we've seen since training camp.

Steve Serby of the New York Post reports Giants co-owner Steve Tisch will visit Plaxico Burress at the Oneida Correctional Facility in Rome, New York tomorrow.

Tisch has not spoken to Burress since he traded in his No. 17 for No. O9R3260 just over a year ago. But he has been receiving updates from Tiffany Burress, his friend's wife. Tiffany Burress will be flying with Tisch.

"I think I had a very good relationship with Plaxico," Tisch told The Post yesterday. "We spent time together outside the locker room away from the stadium. I think that he felt that I trusted him and he trusted me. I don't want to describe it as a father-son relationship. If there were things that were concerning him or he wanted some direction or feedback, I was one of the people he felt he could go to. It was outside the relationship of player and co-owner."

When Burress became a Giant in 2006, Tisch made an immediate connection with him. "I respond very instinctively to people," Tisch said. "I liked talking to him at practice, and in the locker room. I liked his persona."

Tisch was "shocked" when he first learned that Burress had accidentally shot himself in the leg and "concerned" about his condition and ultimately "saddened" by the tragic nature of the incident. "It was a tough day, and it became a tough weekend, and it became a tough season," Tisch said.

I might be in the minority here, but I'd love to see Plax come back and turn his life around....preferably with us.....he should be inspired by Vick

Bulluck is doubtful with turf toe.

And when you think about it, the Giants franchise sure did take a nosedive immediately following the Plax shooting. Amazing how one player can effect a team.

Damn, Kiwanuka has already been ruled out b/c of a disc in his back.

Plax being gone isnt the reason for the Giants not doing well.

So Plax missing the second half of the 2008 season didn't cause the Giants to lose?
