WFAN says Osi is holding out. After everything that's been said, I don't see him coming back later on for nothing like Strahan did. I think he seriously wants a new deal or to be traded. Will be interesting to see if the Giants give in or not because Osi is signed for at least two more years I think.

He had a pec injury last year and then tore his ACL unfortunately. I'm still unclear whether he's healthy enough to even compete in training camp or if they'll put him on PUP after signing him.

Good story for you guys. He fills a need and can contribute. I wouldn't expect much the first year or so, though. Docs say his bones will be brittle for a little while still.
But the guy can play.

Free agent Steve Smith is willing to accept a one-year contract, a source tells the Daily News.
Smith understands that he's coming off a major knee injury and might even have to start the season on the PUP list. The Giants will likely be able to retain him cheaply and see how his recovery goes, but fantasy owners should stay away.

That's a 1-year extension for Coughlin. He was signed thru this upcoming season. So in essence, he needs a good season this year. #nygComment
