Giants are supposedly meeting with Plaxico. I'm sure Coach Coughlin is thrilled with that. Giants front office is scared shitless of Burress going to their division rivals, Dallas, Philly or Washington. I'm worried too. I don't want to see Plaxico catching passes from Vick or Romo.

And if you're talking about sheer height, well, Martellus Bennett covers that...and he's probably faster at this point in time.

Not that it matters now, but when they were in highschool I watched Payne dominate Percy Harvin in a state championship matchup....sadly that was probably the highlight of his football career. The Giants will probably move him to FB.Comment

DE-OLB Mathias Kiwanuka(notes) is re-signing with the Giants, according to a tweet by his teammate, DT Justin Tuck(notes).
Tuck wrote on his account Thursday morning, "Kiwi is returning to the big blue. Yes sir." Mike Garafolo of the New Jersey Star-Ledger confirmed the report, stating that it was a two-year contract, pending a physical. No information on salary has been reported, though Garafolo states it is a incentive-laden deal.
Kiwanuka registered four sacks in the first three games last season, but missed the remainder of the year due to a herniated disk in his neck, forcing him to go on injured reserve.

Apparently we're negotiating with Brad Maynard. Hopefully this means Dodge is left in a ditch somewhere along the Jersey Turnpike.Comment

Well fuck...
Disgruntled Giants DE Osi Umenyiora will not show up for his physical Friday morning.
No surprise here. Umenyiora either wants a raise or a trade and is prepared to stage a holdout. Dealing Umenyiora is going to be extremely difficult as the Giants won't be able to get equal value and his new team would have to be willing to meet those hefty contract demands. This has a chance to get ugly.Comment

Umenyiora is ending his holdout later tonight, but still loathes Reese (he truly believes he has lied to him).
I don't expect him to be happy, he still wants a new deal/trade...still not sure if he ends up playing for them this year.
