Most Impressive Team in Preseason

I usually take very little from what I see in preseason. But the Packers I think are one of those teams that could make a push deep into the playoffs. It's amazing how far they have come with the transition from 4-3 to 3-4. I was impressed with Rodgers last season, they have a good receiving core (if Driver can still play at a high level) and Ryan Grant has the potential to be an elite back. The NFC North will be a great storyline this season.Comment

I dont care that you dont like it. Aaron takes care of the ball. When Brett dropped back, I always worried that he would force a play and get into trouble. With Aaron, I have a little more trust. He takes care of the ball, can make the big throws, moves very well.
Its one of the things I wont miss about Brett. He threw interceptions like candy at a parade.Comment

I may do what so ever I choose at any time I choose to do it. Just because I say things you dont like doesnt mean they are comparable to 14 year olds.Comment

no, becasue you say things that are stupid is why you are compared to a 14 year old, whether or not i like what you say has no bearing on the fact that you in fact are an idiot.

I havent said anything stupid yet.
I have only stated very common sense sports opinions that for the most part have been correct because I know how to look at more than the surface level of a topic. It may seem stupid to you because you dont know how to look at the whole picture with deductive reasoning skills such as mine. :star:Comment

For shits and giggles, lets do a comparison...
Brett's first season(15 games):
302 of 471 for a 64.1% completion, 3,227yds, 18TD/13INT and a QB rating of 85.3
Aaron's first season(16 games):
341 of 536 for a 63.6% completion, 4,038yds, 28TD/13INT and a QB rating of 93.8
When Brett started, I was too young to get excited about him. Whats wrong with me feeling good about a player that, Green Bay obviously believes in enough to give a huge long term deal, I feel is going to be the leader of our future?
And my statement is MY opinion. I'm not claiming it to be the truth or fact.Last edited by Tengo Juego; 08-31-2009, 07:57 PM.Comment
