They do it for a good reason, you obviously can't comprehend that.

They do it every day. A bunch of white guys get together, and beat the shit out of each other to beat the shit out of a little black object.

I like it. Makes my girlfriend enjoy football better and it makes me have to explain shit to her less.

I'm sorry, I just dont believe this increases awareness, Selling pink items(jerseys, hats, team apparel, etc...) to raise money to support it sure. Wearing it on the field, no.

Person B possibly searches or donates to Breast Cancer awareness because it's on their mind now . You know what they say? Out of sight , out of mind . People who aren't effected by this shit often forget about it . This just puts it back into peoples minds that it's still a serious thing and they need your help .

If it gets one extra person to donate or read up then it's a mission acheived

Not really resorting to anything ...... they just know football is the most watched thing on TV . You are hardly going to try raise awareness about a serious disease while some shitty 4am programme is on are you? Gotta go to the most popular source first

Plus the NFL would have been more than happy to do this . Anything that makes the public image look better is a +

                First of all, this.

Secondly, you yourself said it at one point. They sell the stuff to benefit breast cancer research. If you're going to BUY the apparel, why wouldn't you at least wear it, in the off chance, going back to what Archer said, that it would raise awareness?

I understand it's not pretty, but who cares? We're still watching football, it's not ruining the game or anything. It's not like they're using a big severed titty as the ball or something.

I already said I understand it. But you guys can keep explaining it as you please.

I just thought it was backwards of the NFL to not allow someone to mourn over Taylor, but they can wear a non team color because it supports breast cancer.

If someone wears pink in December, will they be fined for wearing something of personal interest?

I have no problem with it.. some people I've known have lost someone or had someone beat breast cancer.

Obviously the OP has never had that problem.

The pink is for a good cause.

The pink is supposed to make you think of titties.

In conclusion, anyone who has a problem with the pink is a douchebag faggot.

I'd be interested to see if after the pink-ness in the NFL, how many people recovered or beat breast cancer. Or found out sooner.

I'm fine with the pink stuff last week. The Mexican/latino crap ESPN/the NFL pulled tonight is extremely gay though.
