At the end of the day, if I get to pick a QB to start a franchise, i'm taking Manning.

And you couldn't go wrong with that pick. He's going to come through way more often than his is not.

As far as I'm concerned, after tonight.. Manning is no better than Favre.

If Rex Grossman wasn't a pile of shit, he very well could have shit the bed in two different Super Bowls.

Montana never did that. Peyton's great, but he's a ways away from being the GOAT after tonight.

Brett Favre from two weeks ago agrees.

The fact is.. Manning will be hung for this loss the same way Favre was hung for his last couple of losses in the NFC Title game.

Manning is easily a Top 5 QB.. but right now, he can't be called the GOAT. Maybe someday. Not now.

I love Peyton but the fact that he cost me money is gonna piss me off for a long time.

            Damnit.

This is ridiculous considering Elway didn't win anything until Terrell Davis came through and started wrecking teams.

During Elway's two SB runs Davis averaged 150 yards and more than a TD a game.

That's the one reason I can't put Brett up there.

P4P John Elway is the greatest of all time

All time draft, Elway would go number 1

Brett's not that high. Too many playoff mistakes for GOAT discussion.

Montana was fun to watch, even though I didn't like the 9'ers. Liked watching Roger Craig as well. A really well rounded back.

Manning did through that crucial pick 6. It was a game up to that point. I'd say that play had a lot to do with the loss. Manning is a great QB, but that pick was costly.

I agree, along with critical game-ending mistakes in pressure situations. I don't want to knock a QB for A mistake, even in a SB. But if it happens consistently, then he slides down the list. Much better barometer if you ask me.

That's why I put Starr above Favre. Manning did throw that pick-6 today. Let's see what he does for the rest of his career before calling him goat.

Who knew Peyton Manning would allow Drew Brees to complete 32 passes....

                            What an asshole.

Dude was 31-45, 333 yards, 88.5 passer rating, 1 TD, 1 REALLY bad pick and now people are shitting on him again. I'll never understand football fans and why they are so up and down.
