No shit Dallas needed this win more, it doesn't mean that everything was in place for Dallas to win.

Why even play the playoffs then if Dallas makes it? They should just stay home and give the other team the win since they have no shot to win it all anyway.

drew brees' press conference post game was a bit disturbing. he said the team desvred to be undefeated. odd, i was sure you had to earn wins in the NFL.

@ Washington and Vs. Philly. Two tough games. I think both games will be close, and honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Dallas lost both.

On the flip side, they have the talent to win both as well.

Dallas needed this win more, New Orleans was undefeated, Dallas sucks in December, etc., etc. Something was bound to give. I'm not surprised at all that Dallas won given all of those things.

Why even play the playoffs then if Dallas makes it? They should just stay home and give the other team the win since they have no shot to win it all anyway.
The point is that in the grand scheme of things this win isn't going to mean much unless it catapults the Cowboys to the Super Bowl. If they build on this win and run the table from here on out then you can point to this win as the slingshot that took them over the hump.

But, chances are they won't win the Super Bowl and will be sitting at home watching the Super Bowl so in the end this win will never be remembered and therefore irrelevant.

This last point I think is what we're focusing on.

Could it happen? I think it can, but this team has shown in the past that they haven't been able to capitalize on such wins.

But I think the win will be remembered regardless because of Ware and what he did not just leading up to, but during the game.

It will be a major footnote in what will be a Hall of Fame career, barring catastrophic injury.

lol @ Dallas losing two straight.

Washington is 4-9, 4-10 after tonight. Last time I checked, 4-10 doesn't make you a good football team. Solid defense, but not good enough to shut down the Dallas Cowboys offense. Philly is always a major concern, but Dallas will certainly beat Washington, to move to 10-5.

They've already held dallas to 7 points in a game this season, on the road in Dallas. So it's safe to say they're good enough to shut down the Cowboys offense.

I predicted a dallas win too (which caused one of the biggest arguments my living room has ever seen and led to me having to go sleep at my moms), We def haven't been playing to our potential these last few weeks and it was bound to come sooner or later, Glad someone made something out of it but don't count us out because of one game, If/when we get a few of the pieces were are missing from our d back we will be right back at SB form and Im willing to make that month long ban bet that the saints go further in the playoffs than the 'boys or the cards or just about anyone else you wanna put up (minus indy)...

True no one remembers who beat the 13-0 Colts or the 13-0 Chiefs.

                      That was then.....

This is the new Dallas Cowboys, the team riding high off that win against New Orleans. Washington will be lucky to stay within 10 points.

Just heard on the radio that Wade, after the game in the locker room, stood in the middle of the room and yelled:

"Who Dat? Who Dat? Who dat say gonna beat dem Saints?!"

                        In which the players replied

                        "COWBOYS!!!!!!"

                        lol awesome.

You are so fickle it's hilarious. You flip flop more than anyone I can remember. Cowboys lose and you say, "i just can't have any faith in this team or coaching staff anymore," Cowboys win the next week and you're a believer again.

ESPN is reporting that we released Folk and Signed Suisham. Who was cut for his misses just a couple of weeks ago.

EDIT: Whoa hes only missed 3 kicks all year though.
