    Steel Alive

Steelers win their next 2 against Balt (home) and Miami (road), they're in the playoffs with a Denver loss to the Eagles being that they own the tie-breaker over Denver.

Not sure if they split with Balt how they'll finish, but the Steelers are very much alive, and Troy Polamalu is coming back for the season finale...!

As we all know Big Ben is Mr. Clutch, if the Steelers slip in the playoffs with POLAMALU back it's a wrap.

Our D is complete and utter shit without him, I mean jesus, SteelJake is a fucking idiot.

I don't think the Steelers will make it. But I can definitely see them spoiling Baltimore's party.

Steelers gonna beat the Ravens, Miamis a toss up. Even if they make the posteason they're losing though.

Denver would be out if it's just those three teams.

No one wants to play the Steelers with Polamalu in the lineup come playoff time, which he would be.

The Steelers won as the 6th in 2005, beating the Colts in the playoffs at home. You know that story, though.

                well, there's 2 wildcard spots...

It would go off of head 2 head and conference standings.

Baltimore and Pitt would make it if all 3 are tied at seasons end. Denvers the odd one out because they lost to both Pittsburgh and Baltimore.

Steelers got real lucky today, against a motivated and determined Baltimore team. They can and will be beat. And if they're playing for all the marbles come Week 17, Miami can get at their heels as well. I'm far from sold that a win against Green Bay, @ Home in the final seconds is the elixir to get the Steelers in the playoffs.

I think they beat Balti and get stunned by Miami.

a win and the fair weather fan is all about his team again, how shocking. we got lucky today, period. the packers went into a 3 safety prevent on the last drive and the missed fg by them helped us as well. that onsides kick debacle was some madden 10 crap and it should have cost us the game.

if we finish 9-7 we might have a shot, but we have to finish 9-7 first. dont go bringing up the 05-06 run from the 6th seed. we all know that was when you became a fan. bowl cut wearin faggot.

The Packers were on a 5 or 6 game winning streak and the Steelers prevailed. I'm not saying we're in the playoffs yet, because we still need a lot of things to happen, but Denver has to play Philly in Philly which is promising.

I want them in because they are my favorite team, but if they don't make it I'm not going to be devastated because we fucking lost to the Browns, the Raiders, and the fucking Chiefs. We'll see though, it'll be the first time I've ever cheered on the Pats.

I don't see any team whooping the Steelers ass. It actually didn't happen at all this year. We've lost to bad teams and our secondary isn't a NFL secondary, however no team has "whooped" our ass. I think the Steelers will get by Baltimore (Last time we didn't have Ben and still should have won, Arians is a fucking moron for not letting Dixon run some more) and then the Dolphins will be tough, but one thing the Steelers are still dominant at is stopping the run. We can win the last two, but it depends on two things. The play calling, Bruce Arians and our secondary. However, if we get by B-More, Miami will have to deal with a healthy Troy.

If Miami pulls out a win against Houston Sunday (they have actually NEVER beaten the Texans, they have our number it seems) Miami has everything to play for in the last game of the season.....and you're going to get shit stomped by Henne, Hartline, and Ricky!
