Yes. If Mallet comes out this year, I think he'll go top 15, even though he still needs a lot of work. Snead on the other hand is a pile of crap and in my opinion is a third round pick at best.

Snead had a poor year but some team will fall in love with his arm strength and mobility much like they did with Jay Cutler.

Mallet needs a lot of work with his feet, I wasn't very impressed by him in the bowl game at all. On the next year topic, if Pryor can continue with the momentum from the bowl game is he a potential top 5 guy like VY was? He's essentially mirrored Young's college performance including a strong Rose Bowl as a sophomore.

Depends on how much he progresses. I'd say he's likely to stay all 4 years though rather than go out next year, but thats probably dependent on what kind of junior year he has.

No. Most thought Young was still going to have to convert to WR after his soph season. Pryor is going to have to do a whole hell of a lot more than "continue the momentum", he's going to have to have an entire season for the ages like Young had. And even then, Young benefited some from hype after the NC game (which who's to say Pryor will even be in, much less steal the show) and Pryor also has the questionable competition of the Big Ten (which about half their defensive prospects come from OSU and not Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Purdue, Indiana). That year Young played the likes of Nebraska, Ohio St, Oklahoma. Pryor doesn't have those on his schedule.

Ohio State faced the #9 (Penn State), #10 (Iowa), and #17 (Wisconsin) total defenses in the nation this year.

Of note defensively that year, Young faced Ohio State (a top 5 team that year), Oklahoma (a down year for Oklahoma with an 8-4 record), and USC (Who had an impressive defense that year but had freshman such as Malaluga and Cushing in their first real years of playing.

I'm not trying to take away what Young did, but to say he has faced questionable competition when Young has not is wrong. Especially next year when we add an improving Miami defense onto the schedule to go along with Wisconsin (Who returns almost everyone), Iowa (who returns almost everyone), and Penn St. (Who consistently puts out good defenses).
