Well he is a football player so I would think that he could jump off and perfectly land on his feet . Hell, since his hand was good enough to bang on the window .... I could imagine he could have landed on his injured arm/hand and still feel no physical effects from the fall .

Henry was a world class athlete and had superior coordination. Unless he was trying to land on his hand, I'm not sure what the cast had to do with anything. It certainly didn't stop him from jumping into a moving truck as his fiancee was leaving the house.

I will say though jumping/falling from a vehicle moving 20MPH could easily cause a death. When I was young I use to stand on the pegs on the back of my friends bicycle and when reaching our destination I’d jump off the pegs. You’d be surprised how hard it was to maintain balance,as momentum would carry you. Mind you that this was from a bike going probably 5-10 MPH and maybe jumping from 1foot off the ground. So, I can only image what would happen if a person unexpectedly fell off of a vehicle moving at 20MPH and from a distance probably 4-5 feet off the ground. Its goofy thinking to believe that because he’s a world class athlete Henry would gracefully fall to the ground. I'm not saying it wouldn't happen, but I find that to highly unlikely.
