Sproles is not an every down back. They never should have franchised him in the first place.

    Tomlinson - done like dinner
Sproles - not an every down back and not worth $8M a season

The Chargers need to start over again a RB. They're doing the right thing.

And ... they're not an RB-driven offence anyway. That's Rivers' team.

Come home, Sproles. I would LOVE to see Sproles in KC.

Just seems like the type of player the Chargers would draft late in the first.

Why does everyone have a hard on for Sproles and his 3.7 average?

Everyone roots for the little guy. He has shown flashes and is a nice complimentary back, but he isn't MJD. People need to realize that.

This is just more proof that AJ should have left town with LT and taken Norv with him. The even bigger problem is they will still win the AFC Worst because Denver can't finish, KC thinks they are the Pats and Al Davis is still breathing in Oakland. Until the Bolts miss the playoffs AJ will continue to be allowed free reign by the Spanos'.

A.J Smith is similar to Ted Thompson dude knows what he's fucking doing. Can anyone really bitch about him choosing Rivers over Brees?

It seems Smith is one of those guys that is a step ahead of everyone and the nfl fans who think they should be the GM, bitch and complain..But in the end, Smith looks like a genius.

It's obvious Smith thinks he can get someone to easily fill the shoes of LT and Sproles and if I were a Chargers fan, I would back my GM knowing they they will be fine.

                    I believe it was a 4.37 officially.

Hmph. Well, at least now he won't have to worry about a hapless career in Oakland.
