I'm curious to see what Justin Fargas could do on a better team. I think he is an underrated player, and now that he's out of Oakland maybe he'll shine.

Fargas' best days are behind him. He is a tough inside runner but that's about it.

I'm really interested in seeing what happens to Pennington. I really wish the Raiders would at least consider it, I think the Niners should take a look at him as well.

Bucs are showing interest in Willie Parker. I couldn't think of anything that makes more sense than to add ANOTHER running back to split 10 carries a game while Tito Freeman launches the ball 40 times a game.

The management of this organization is a fucking joke.

Bucs also showing interest in wide receiver Kevin Walter. This actually makes sense since we have about 3 wide receivers on the roster (Stroughter, Stovall and Clayton). Walter doesn't give us a bonafide #1 - but he can help the makeup of that group.

Saints on verge of making restricted free-agent G Jahri Evans one of the highest paid guards in NFL history. Deal could come any day now.

With free-agent TE Brandon Manumaleuna agreeing to a five-year deal in Chicago, it frees the Bears to trade TE Greg Olsen.

I'm happy with Robinson too. Now we need to worry about another pass rusher.

Nice to see the Lions go out and do something quickly. No reason to waste any time. The Burleson signing was good and he should be welcomed back by Linehan nicely. Also, a nice compliment to Megatron.

Vanden Bosch is reportedly on the hook, interested to see when and if he signs. And Thomas Jones? Really? I heard he was just going to resign with the Jets afterall. Story: Jets Re-Signing Thomas Jones?

Defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch agreed to a four-year deal Friday with the Detroit Lions thanks to the personal touch of coach Jim Schwartz.

The Detroit Lions have agreed to terms with free agent defensive lineman end Kyle Vanden Bosch, the player said Friday on Nashville radio station 104-5 FM.

Vanden Bosch said he will sign a four-year contract. He'll be reunited with Lions coach Jim Schwartz, his former defensive coordinator with the Tennessee Titans.

In one day the Lions organization showed they still care. And, the Ford family showed they are willing to spend money. Signing Burleson and Vanden Bosch to long deals, then trading for Corey Williams. Nice.

This is how they keep the fans interested. Yet with these moves, I can see the Lions trading out of #2 more and more...

                              Nice moves.

Now their DL looks to be anchored by Vanden Bosch, Williams and either Suh or McCoy.

                              Solid.

That would be nice. Then at the other DE you have the DeWayne White/Jason Hunter combo. Plus, Chester Taylor will probably stay in the division. Just a matter of if he goes to Chicago or Detroit.
