best upgrade the giants were going to get without giving up draft picks. yeah they overpaid, but happens all the time in FA. hes only 27 years old, so i still think theres a lot of upside to him.

Love the signing.

Rolle can be a playmaker back there and INSTANTLY improves the Giants secondary. INSTANTLY.

Now the question is whether Kenny Phillips can return.

I'm still not so sure the Giants back off a DB in the 1st round although I would figure their #1 target now is a MLB followed by the DL or OL.

Still, if McClain is off the board by 15, I would not be aversed to drafting Earl Thomas. They probably won't I guess.

Love this signing, could careless about the money. He's one of the top safeties, the best player at his position doesn't always make the most money. Bring on McClain!
