Allow me to be 100% honest.

C-Mac was great and in my eyes will always be great. The problem is how people perceive him.

C-Mac is a Man-2-Man corner, His height and speed make him one of the hardest corners to throw at. His football intelligence is damn good. Problem is he has played in the Ravens Scheme for so long, that any other scheme will be a down fall.

Most fans (Including Oakland Fans) seem to think he is built for interceptions, which isn't the case. C-Mac has never been the "interception" corner of the league. He prides himself on shutting down the receiver and swatting balls down.

He is injury plagued and where ever he lands he won't be a interception machine.

I will say that I can see him going to Arizona though, since that's his home state. Seems Older players do two things, go where the money is (if they are good and sought out) or go where they live during the off-season.

Well you say C-Mac is a man to man corner and for the most part thats all the raiders play.

The Jets are expected to show interest in recently released CB Chris McAlister.

McAlister has a history with new coach Rex Ryan in his favor, but bad knees have ravaged his game for two years now. While the Jets have a need opposite Darrelle Revis, McAlister isn't an upgrade on Dwight Lowery

Lowery really isn't that good though. He has potential, but that i can really see. Revis is already one of the best cornerbacks and this would help for a smooth transition into a new defensive system and i think he would be an upgrade for the 2009 season and he could be a bit of a mentor to Dwight Lowery. Plus if McAlister ever gets injured then Lowery is the guy to step in.

I really think this guy can play one or two more seasons at a high level and i think he'll be able to play the majority of the games for those seasons. The only season where he missed a large amount of playing time was last season.

the jets may make a play for him since he wont be commanding top dollar and they have very little cap space anyways. the thing people will question is how will he do without ed reed behind him...
