Im all for consistency at HC but hes the Brian Billick of Defensive coaches. Hes done absolutely nothing to that side of the ball his entire tenure. Few things are more synonymous with LOL than Bengal linebackers and thats his specialty.

Manning and Brady yes, but Rivers is a maybe since he doesn't have the weapons he did last year and I still don't know about Flacco, he's a good game manager but I'm not sold if he's a pro bowler.

Palmer has the wide receivers to be a Pro-Bowler, a good offensive line, a good running back...It's all on him now.
