I think it's a good move, 6 games was way too long. He's the only player to get a NFL suspension and not be arrested, so I think 4 games is the right amount of time to suspend him.

Anyone feel like this was scripted? The whole time it seemed painfully obvious to me it'd get reduced to 4 games. Especially with the Steelers conveniently having a bye in week 5 which allows Ben to come back and get 2 weeks of practice in before he returns.

I don't know if the schedules were made before/after Ben was suspended for 6 games, but the whole thing looks like it was planned from the beginning to me.

Just because they didn't have enough evidence (supposedly) to make a case doesn't mean he is innocent. He raped that girl and you know it.

At the crime scene they found a human males semen but the sample was so small they couldn't determine who it was that had sex/possibly raped her. Looking at that and then seeing that it's his second time being accused... please don't be so naive, it's pretty fucking obvious he raped her.

He shouldn't have been punished at all.

Dudes a scumbag and the odds of being accused of this type of thing twice...and being innocent are slim. But he wasn't proven guilty, paid the girl off, or whatever happened so he shouldn't be suspended. I think Goodell backed himself into a corner and had to do it due to all the suspensions he handed out in the past. I wish he'd stop running around playing sheriff.
