    They dropped the charges due to insufficient evidence. Different from being ruled innocent. If you read the police report though, there's more than enough evidence to convict him in the court of public opinion.

    That said, he shouldn't get suspended at all IMO. But if he is going to be suspended, I'd like for it to be consistent with other players' punishments.

      Since when do you need to be proven guilty to be suspended?

      If he is accused again next off-season of rape again by a different girl again but not proven guilty again... do you all think he shouldn't be suspended?
