i could get someone saying "seriously?" to Robinson but i think he has a chance to continue to put up numbers. what i dont get is someone saying seriously to DeMarco Murray who was on most people's lists and is one of the most talented players in the country when healthy.

at least i didnt put Tyrod Taylor on my list, a guy who lead his top 10 team to an 0-2 start and a loss the FCS James Madison.

I like Murray a lot, listed him as my first team AA running back, but I haven't heard much Heisman talk for him yet. I didn't watch OU's first game but 31-24 against Utah State doesn't bode well. They are handing it to FSU right now though.

Good dark horse. He remains in dark horse status until he does it against a real defense though. Notre Dame's defense is slower than whale shit.

I still laugh when people think players on teams that are not championship contenders have a legit shot at the Heisman.

Murray ran for 200 yards and 2 TDs in that game lol

I don't know what to think.

Yeah, Denard has put up some sick stats, but he's done it against UCONN and ND... lets not pretend he's playing Alabama, or even Wisconsin at that. He doesn't face a legit defense until Michigan State, then has Iowa, and Penn State after that. If he's putting up half those numbers on the ground and not turning it over through the air, then my opinion will change.

Like I said, Denard has played outstanding so far. But he's done it against two horrible defenses.

BTW, your other mistake besides Harris was Pryor.

for an OSU fan, you have little faith in Pryor. but i completely agree with what you said about Robinson. if it were a two week season, it would really only be between him and Moore for the Heisman.

Pryor's a solid QB but he's nowhere near Heisman caliber.

Same. And I don't see Robinson as a Heisman candidate because I don't see Michigan as a BCS Bowl team. And that is the only way I see him getting invited to New York. I could potentially see a Maxwell Award and continual shattering of the record book. Nice thing is, he gets to front load his stats. Next two weeks, he should put up sick numbers. I don't see him playing much next week, but I can see him shredding BGSU.

Then we get MSU, a game that I can't get a good feel on. Heisman race will be incredibly interesting this year.
