Would've said the same about Detroit before Stafford went down. The situation will be more clear in about an hour after the Lions press conference, but as of right now we're looking to be right back in that 2 or 3 win range.

Not delusional at all, I said we could be fighting for a playoff spot.

It's not as if we were getting slapped around by the Lions. Two careless fumbles took away 2 good drives where we would have wound up with points. Thus making this astounding lead Matt Stafford compiled before his injury, that much less..or not even a lead at all. I will say...completely different team without him. Im sure our team would do the same without Cutler. Why the fuck wasn't Stanton in? Is Hill better?

Also having a goal-line stand from the Lions sucked. I was pretty pissed off. When you're at the 1, you do 4 straight QB sneaks. If you can't get 2 feet....get the fuck off the field. Martz calling a playaction pass 2 feet out on 2nd down was laughable. However in the end...I guess it didn't matter because we still won.

I would have loved to see Stafford consistantly taking deep drops against Peppers off the edge seeing as he was getting to Stafford consistantly on deeper drops.

The only thing the Lions would be setting up by going deep would be Peppers murdering Stafford.

Like fuck I'd purposely have Cutler intentionally run straight at Suh/Williams.

Drew Stanton is beyond awful. He made his name on playing well in the 4th quarter of pre-season games leading to some Lions fans clamoring to start Stanton. At one point this group believed Stanton was actually better than Stafford but we wouldn't start him because of all the money in Stafford. This group of people is equivalent to the 9/11 truthers. Why he is still an active member of our team is one of the great unknowns in the universe.

I don't care if the hole was tighter then Mary's cunt before she popped out jesus....if you cannot fall forward to 2 feet...you should NOT be paid millions of dollars regardless of who you are and who is playing D-Line. It's 2 fucking feet.

I'm refusing to send my QB at the teams best defensive player and have him get the shit kicked out of him more than he has to/already has the entire game. Cutler or anyone being able to fall two feet has more to do with the offensive line's ability rather than Cutlers ability to fall two feet anyways.

If Cutler scores and gets hurt the rest of the season is in question. If the Bears don't score the Lions anemic offense has to go 99 yards and you still have your best offensive player. I'll take my chances with the latter.

The NFL is so lame/dumb/wahcky...the Bears could be at 2-0 after sunday....and fuck around and fall into 8-9 wins. Its odd, I dont predict anything in this league anymore.

Bears offense got raped in the 2nd half. They couldn't do a single thing despite starting at the 50 every single drive.

It's a dumb rule, I think... But I have to say the reason the Saints score also counted as a TD is because he broke the plane... That's why he was holding the ball across the goalline.

I would say it was the Bears shooting themselves in the foot, more so then the Lions defense actually doing something worthy of noting.

Lions defense dominated the Bears. Mistakes affected them early, Lions killer D dominated late.

BTW, 82% of the nation voted that this rule be changed and that Johnson's play should have been counted a TD. This included all 50 states saying it should be changed, most notably, Illinois.
