TT is giving AJ Smith a run for the title of "Lord of No Rings".

I tell you what (not that he'd do it), you give us a 3rd, and we'll give you Ronnie Brown. He's in the final year of his contract and we aren't going to drop the big ducketts on him that he is going to want at 30+ years of age. And honestly, he's never lived up to his #2 billing or combine numbers.

Remember that 4.3-4.4 Forty time? I've never seen it. In fact, he's had about 5 break through runs in his career that would have gone 80+ yards and he has been caught every single time.
Ronnie has always been a between the tackles guy. His problem has been staying healthy, not production.

He's damn good when he plays.

        BEAST MODE!!

I don't know what's better, getting Lynch or cutting Julius.

I've watched every single game of his career and I definitely disagree. He dances too much behind the line, and jukes in the open field for no reason when he should be turning and charging straight ahead immediately. He has been more than serviceable, but he has never equaled "second overall pick" status.

To this day, Ricky is still the better RB, and the best we've had in Miami since Csonka.

Green Bay should have jumped on Lynch.
Yeah, he's a knucklehead off the field, but when he's on the field, the guy goes all-out.
I feel bad for him going to Seattle. As a bit of a Buffalo fan (they're my AFC team), I would have loved to see what he could have done with a real contender like Green Bay.

Great trade for Seahawks. Hopefully this increases his fantasy value.

After seeing what was given up, I cant believe TT didn't pull the trigger a long time ago. I wonder if the Bills lowered their asking price since then.

Reports are the Packers are looking at Brandon Jacobs right now. Not sure how I feel about it yet, but I do know it will be better than anything Jackson can produce on 1st and 2nd down.
Johnathan Stewart would probably come at a cheaper cost. However, GB seems content with thinking they can throw the ball around with everyone's next favorite HOFer at QB.

Stewart is too much like Grant. Same with Lynch.

DeAngelo is a change of pace from Grant. While the other two would be great to have share time, but you'd be giving the same look with either on the field.

In terms of "the big picture." TT isn't a get-rich-quick kind of guy.

Fanball.com reported that the Packers did make an offer for Lynch but weren't willing to offer a 3rd after Seattle offered a 4th.

Maybe James Starks can comeback and remedy.

Williams is in the last year of his contract with Carolina so there is a possibility he could walk next season so thats why if they did trade any of the RBs it would be Williams, but I couldn't see them get rid of him without something big in return.

Funny you mention that, because before training camp I made a bet with a friend that Starks would score more touchdowns this year than Grant. It might actually happen haha..
